Danger cholesterol

2. HDL cholesterol (High Density Lipoprotein)
Cholesterol was included in the category are not dangerous, or commonly known as good cholesterol. Because cholesterol is useful to prevent the emergence of atheroklerosis on blood vessels. HDL cholesterol particles will issue from the walls of blood vessels and sends it to the liver for later destroyed in the bile.
To obtain a healthy condition we must try to keep your LDL cholesterol in the blood and lower HDL cholesterol levels remain high.
